Penn State Altoona to offer research poster workshops for students

ALTOONA, Pa. - Penn State Altoona will hold poster presentation workshops for students already registered for or interested in participating in the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Fair. Students may choose to attend one of two workshops scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 24, from 12:15 to 1 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 25, from 3 to 3:45 p.m. in room 202 of the Eiche Library. Pizza will be provided.

The workshop will guide students through creating a professional poster with a ready-to-use template. They'll also learn what to expect at the fair, see examples of successful projects, and receive practical tips for designing an effective and engaging presentation.

The Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Fair will take place Saturday, March 28, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. in the Auxiliary Gymnasium of the Adler Athletic Complex.
