ADVISORY - PITTSBURGH - Governor Shapiro, Lieutenant Governor Davis, and PennDOT Secretary Carroll to Announce Early Reopening of I-376 Parkway East Commercial Street Bridge

Governor Josh Shapiro, Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis, and PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll will visit the Parkway East Commercial Street Bridge to announce the bridge's early reopening, more than a week ahead of schedule, on Monday evening.

Under Governor Shapiro, 20,538 road miles have been improved statewide, and work has advanced on 1,898 state and local bridges. The Governor's 2026-27 budget will drive out $775 million over the next two fiscal years for shovel-ready projects to repair state-owned roads across Pennsylvania.
