CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES
La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2025-00029013 de 30 de septiembre de 2025, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía IPAC S.A. cuya oferta pública de la NOVENA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2023-00037773 del 21 de abril de 2023 por el monto de hasta USD $20'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
