State Highway 9 lane closures to occur in area crossing 12th Avenue SE
August 5, 2025
To accommodate for bridge maintenance work, a contractor for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) has shared with City officials that State Highway in Norman will soon be down to one lane in both directions beginning approximately 500' east of the 12th Avenue SE intersection for about 1/3 of a mile or 1,800 ft.
