Go COMO Blue Route to detour beginning Aug. 24 due to Clark Lane roundabout construction
(COLUMBIA, MO) - Beginning Monday, Aug. 24, the Go COMO Blue Route will temporarily detour due to a road closure on Clark Lane related to construction of a roundabout at Clark Lane and Hanover Boulevard.
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will close Clark Lane from just east of the entrance to Student Transportation of America, 3511 Clark Lane, to just west of the entrance to Casey's, 3905 Clark Lane. The closure is expected to last approximately two months.
Blue Route detour
After departing Wabash Bus Station, the Blue Route will operate normally until reaching Whitegate Drive and Sylvan Lane. The route will then follow this detour:
The following Blue Route stops will not be served during the detour:
The detour will remain in effect until construction is complete, which is currently expected in late October. Go COMO will provide updates through social media, the ETA Transit app and the Go COMO website.
Riders can also sign up for Go COMO Alerts to receive text message notifications about service changes at Alerts.CoMo.gov.

- Right on Vandiver Drive, crossing U.S. Route 63
- Right on Mexico Gravel Road
- Right on Ballenger Lane
- Right on Orchard Lane
- Right on McKee Street
- Left on Rice Road
- Left on Olympic Boulevard
- Left on Clark Lane
- Right on East Saint Charles Road
- Right on Interstate 70
- Exit right onto the Interstate 70/Highway 63 interchange
- Left on Clark Lane
- Right on Sylvan Lane
- Left on Whitegate Drive
- Left on Paris Road, continuing onto Rogers Street
- Left on North Tenth Street
- Return to Wabash Bus Station
The following Blue Route stops will not be served during the detour:
- Sylvan Lane & Clark Lane (eastbound)
- Clark Lane & Lambeth Drive (east)
- Clark Lane at Steak n Shake (east)
- Clark Lane at McDonald's
- Clark Lane at Burger King
- Clark Lane at Lakewood Plaza
- Clark Lane at The Links (west)
- Clark Lane at the Greens (west)
- Clark Lane & Ballenger Lane (near Ria Street)
- Ballenger Lane & Orchard Lane (northbound)
- Ballenger Lane & Geyser Road (northbound)
- Ballenger Lane & Aztec Boulevard (northbound)
- Hanover Boulevard at Hanover Villages
- Hanover Boulevard & Clark Lane
- Clark Lane at Golden Corral
- Clark Lane at Taco Bell
