Costilla County - Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 9, the Colorado Department of Transportation will complete two-day paving operations on Colorado Highway 159 between San Luis and the Colorado - New Mexico state line. Tuesday's operations will occur between Mile Points 2 and 4 and Wednesday's operations will move north between MPs 6 and 7. Motorists can expect full stops, alternating traffic guided by pilot cars and up to 15 minute delays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
