Update: City of Modesto Program Year 2025 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Deadline extended.
The City of Modesto has received several inquiries to participate in the City's Notice of Funding Availability for the Public Services program. The City is amending the Notice of Funding Availability to allow additional time to complete the application. The deadline to submit an application is Wednesday, March 12th at 4 pm. The presentation at the link below was provided during the Technical Workshop held on February 26, 2025 and should be referenced as a resource in completing the application.
The City of Modesto will be receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026). A portion of CDBG and ESG funds will be used to fund Public Service programs to directly benefit low-income families and individuals within the City of Modesto
