Lobo Alert update - 1.4.2025, 2:37 a.m.: Police Activity at "Lobo Village." Please avoid the area until further notice. The two subjects were seen leaving the complex on video in a light-colored sedan. The investigation is ongoing. Officers have cleared the scene.

Lobo Alert - 1.4.2025, 1:55 a.m.: Police Activity at "Lobo Village." Please avoid the area until further notice. At 1 a.m., UNM PD was advised at Lobo Village that two African American male subjects had threatened a male subject with a small black firearm and demanded his property. The subjects took his phone and wallet, then fled on foot southbound from Building #6.

One subject was described as an African American male about 5-6, medium build, black shirt and gray sweatpants. The second subject was described as an African American male of about 5-6, medium build, wearing a black shirt and jeans. UNM Police are investigating the crime.
