In the third quarter, sales of construction steel and high-quality wire rod totaled over 1 million tonnes, a 17% decrease compared to Q2. According to Mr. Đinh Quang Hiếu, Head of Sales at Hòa Phát Hưng Yên Steel Co., Ltd., Q3 sales declined because it was the low season for construction activities, as the Lunar July period fell within this quarter.
