This morning, the Chairman of the Board, Alejandro Narváez Liceras, visited the Conchán Refinery to supervise the execution of the emergency response plan. During his visit, a fire drill was carried out in tank 45, a practice that involved both the operational staff and the refinery fire department, specialized in this type of incident.
He also supervised the operation of the submarine line for loading and unloading ships that transport fuel nationally and internationally, confirming on site that the operations are being carried out continuously and safely.
"Petroperú is the top national company in the country, therefore we must always be prepared and one step ahead to improve the productivity of operations and guarantee the supply of fuel to all of Peru," said Narváez during his visit.
This activity reaffirms Petroperú's commitment to the transportation of fuel, security and constant preparation to respond efficiently to emergency situations.
