Amazon will invest more than €16 billion in Germany in 2027-spanning AWS cloud and AI infrastructure, high-speed satellite internet through Amazon Leo, logistics expansion, and new Prime Video productions. Announced alongside Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Berlin, the investment builds on over €100 billion Amazon has invested in Germany since 2010. The company is also advancing sustainability goals, including water replenishment projects and carbon-free energy initiatives across the country.
