Iowa’s premier weekly crop reports 10-22-2025

"Harvest is finishing up in northwest Iowa, Marshall said Oct. 16. "I've got about 80 acres of corn left ... Beans have been done for awhile." Yields have been average as southern rust and sudden death syndrome took the top end off the crops. Too much rain in July and early August that shut off for two months also played a role. Until last week "It hadn't rained since the 18th of September."
