Honigman recently represented The Only Agency in connection with its acquisition of The Blogger Agent.

The Only Agency, founded by Kent Belden, is a U.S.-based talent representation firm headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in Miami, Nashville, New York, London, and the Middle East. Through its acquisition of The Blogger Agent, founded by Claudia Bish, The Only Agency has expanded its creator representation business with the addition of a U.K.-based talent agency representing digital creators and influencers across the U.K. and Europe.

A Honigman team led by Corporate Partners Megan Parpart and Michael Ben, with support from Associate John (Jack) Lebo IV, advised The Only Agency on the transaction.
