New Traffic Pattern and Lane Additions on I-295 Northbound
New Castle - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation announces beginning Friday morning, July 25, 2025, DelDOT will implement a new traffic pattern and add lanes on I-295 northbound, from the I-295 exit to Route 13 northbound through the Route 13 interchange.
Drivers should expect shifted lanes, new markings, and possible delays during the adjustment period. Please use caution and follow all posted signs.
