This acquisition is the latest addition to Arora Group's diverse portfolio of assets in key business and travel hubs across the UK. The Group partners with some of the world's most recognised hospitality brands to deliver high service standards and long-term, sustainable growth.
The transaction was led by Dentons' Real Estate & Hotels Partner Simon Masri, who was assisted by Matthew Tinger, Katie Henson, Pamela Gilmour, Lauren Fowler and Chris Robinson.
"We are delighted to have assisted Arora Group in this latest purchase, reinforcing their position as a market leader in the hospitality sector", said Simon Masri in the Dentons London office. "This purchase demonstrates Dentons' ability to provide expert legal advice to the UK's most prolific businesses."
