Herbicide/Pesticide Notice
The following pesticides with the trade name of Dylox 6.2 Granular Insecticide and the EPA registration number of 5481-641-101563, is scheduled to be applied on October 9, 2026, at specific location of 100 Miles Lane (Middle School Athletic Fields). Application will be within the perimeter of the fence.
This is being done to help manage White Grubs as part of our Integrated Pest Management Program to ensure a healthy school environment. Signs will also be posted at access points and at these central locations at least two working days prior to, and will remain posted for 48 hours after, the application. Application date and location can be found on the RSU 25 Website Announcements (www.rsu25.org)
This notice is being provided at least seven days prior to the planned pesticide application in accordance with our school's Integrated Pest Management Policy and in compliance with Maine Board of Pesticides Control Regulation CMR 01-026 Chapter 27.
