MIAMI - ICE and federal partners arrested four of the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens in Florida, with convictions including murder, aggravated assault on law enforcement officers, carrying a concealed weapon, a DUI and theft charges.
ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations and ICE Homeland Security Investigations teamed up with the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to target and arrest these four heinous criminal illegal aliens from Cuba between Jan. 9 and Jan. 12.
The following criminal illegal aliens were arrested.

Nelson Vladimir Gonzalez Del Pino Rodriguez
Convictions: Second-degree murder; Multiple aggravated assaults on law enforcement officers; repeated resisting arrest (with and without violence); escape/flight from custody; multiple DUIs
He has served significant prison sentences, including a 10-year term for murder and aggravated assault on a police officer. ICE and ATF arrested him in Hialeah Jan. 12.

Camilo Arguelles Mendoza
Convictions: Homicide (aggravated felony), resulting in a 20-year sentence; larceny and fraud, each resulting in 15-year sentences; battery and resisting an officer, each resulting in five-year sentences
ICE, HSI and the DEA arrested him in Miami Jan. 12.

Yuri Estevez
Convictions: Homicide; attempted premeditated murder; carrying a concealed weapon
All Estevez's offenses are felonies and involve violence or weapons. He served at least three years in prison for the attempted murder and weapons charges. ICE arrested him in Hollywood Jan. 12.

Ivan Hernandez-Montes
Convictions: Aggravated assault on a police officer; Property crimes (vehicle theft, larceny, burglary tools); Multiple offenses involving escape, resisting arrest and use of false identification; Additional charges related to violence, theft and obstruction
ICE arrested him Jan. 9.
These criminal illegal aliens will remain ICE custody pending their removal from the U.S.
