Asana Partners Sells The Krog District Portfolio to 26th Street Partners

ATLANTA (October 2, 2025) - Asana Partners announced today the sale of The Krog District to 26th Street Partners. A signature collection of landmark properties adjacent to Atlanta's BeltLine Eastside Trail in Inman Park, the portfolio includes 73 Krog St. NE, 99 Krog St. NE (Krog Street Market), 112 Krog St. NE, 124 Krog St. NE, and 661 Auburn Ave. NE. The transaction closed September 25.

Widely considered an Atlanta institution, The Krog District is home to a diverse mix of award-winning restaurants and retailers - including 8 new additions announced over the last year - as well as offices, residences, and community gathering spaces. The District draws heavily from the Trail as well as the densely populated, historic neighborhoods that surround it.

Asana Partners completed an extensive redevelopment of the portfolio in 2023, transforming the area into a reimagined, all-day destination. Work included replacing an aging industrial building and gravel parking lot with two new mixed-use buildings and a new parking garage; adding outdoor dining and open space; crafting an intentional merchandise mix catering to locals and visitors; and focusing on connectivity to the Trail to create a walkable environment. Increasing square footage by over 70,000 square feet, the project was designed in partnership with the Inman Park Neighborhood Association and City of Atlanta Urban Design Commission to preserve the historic architecture of the community.
