EUAM RCA deepens partnership with penitentiary authorities through reinforced interoperability support

EUAM RCA continues to strengthen its partnership with the Central African penitentiary administration. In this context, the Head of Operations introduced the Mission's new Strategic Adviser on Interoperability, Alice Marie Ngezahayo, to the Director General of Penitentiary Services.

The exchange identified priority areas to enhance coordination between penitentiary services and other internal security actors, including police, gendarmerie and judicial institutions, notably through improved procedures and information-sharing mechanisms.

Through its advisory mandate, EUAM RCA supports the Central African authorities in strengthening coordination and effectiveness within the penitentiary system, in line with international standards.
