E Empire, Towanda to Colton Closed Effective October 3, 2026, at 6:00 A.M.
Bloomington, IL - Beginning Saturday at 6:00 a.m., E Empire St, from Towanda Ave. to Colton Ave., will be closed to all traffic due to brush collection. This section of E Empire will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
