Luis A. Lugo Appointed Chief Executive Officer by LACERA’s Boards

On February 4, LACERA's Boards of Retirement and Investments appointed Luis A. Lugo as LACERA's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Mr. Lugo has held executive positions at LACERA since July 2021, initially joining as Deputy CEO, then serving as Acting CEO since March 2025.
