The Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended November 30, 2024 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company is in the process of completing its financial statement review and believes that the Form 10-Q will be filed within the period described under Rule 12b-25(b)(2)(ii).
