Market Street closed for water main leak repair

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Clarksville Gas & Water has closed Market Street from Providence Boulevard to Chapel Street for water main leak repair work. Low water pressure is affecting this area and it may also be necessary to turn off water service during the repair.

Traffic will be redirected to Chapel Street to avoid the work zone while the work is underway.

The water main leak repair is anticipated to be finished, water service restored and the road reopened by approximately 6 p.m.
