This Registration Statement relates to the 3.305% Notes due May 17, 2029 issued by Ford Motor Credit Company LLC (the "Company") under its Euro Medium-Term Notes due Nine Months or More from Date of Issue Program (the "Notes"). The Notes are described in the Company's Prospectus Supplement dated February 7, 2024 to its Prospectus dated February 7, 2024, under the heading "Description of Notes", and in the Pricing Supplement No. 9 thereto dated February 12, 2026. The Prospectus Supplement and the related Prospectus were each filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") pursuant to the Company's Registration Statement No. 333-276916 by the Company pursuant to Rule 424(b)(2) on February 7, 2024. Pricing Supplement No. 9 was filed with the SEC on February 12, 2026.
