SCDOT to implement lane closures in Greenville and Spartanburg counties for debris cleanup operations

Columbia, S.C. (November 7, 2024)-The South Carolina Department of Transportation will implement temporary lane closures on I-85 and I-385 in Greenville County beginning Saturday. Lane closures will continue on I-26 in Spartanburg County. These closures are in relation to SCDOT debris pickup operations.

Lane closures in both counties are expected to continue for the next week.

Drivers are encouraged to slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when driving through the work zone. SCDOT encourages drivers to seek alternate routes using the SCDOT 511 app or by visiting 511sc.org .​
