Recent Defense Department Report Reveals Suicides in the U.S. Military Increased in 2023

This persistent trend reveals gaps in addressing the unique pressures our service members face. We worked for months to come up with data-driven recommendations on the Quality of Life Panel to improve the lives of men and women in active duty, and we encourage the Senate to consider adopting more of these recommendations in their version of the FY 2025 NDAA.
