Partner-in-Charge of FBT Gibbons' Louisville Office Jennifer Barber has been named to Louisville Business First's (LBF) Power 50 list for the second consecutive year - an acknowledgment of her sustained leadership and influence across the Greater Louisville business and civic community.

Now in its fifth year, the Power 50 highlights the region's most impactful leaders shaping Louisville's future. Barber's repeat recognition reflects both her continued impact and her longstanding relationship with the publication, which previously honored her as a Forty Under 40 recipient in 2011 and inducted her into the Forty Under 40 Hall of Fame in 2022. She has also been recognized by LBF as an Enterprising Woman to Watch.

Since assuming the Partner-in-Charge role in 2022, Barber has guided the Louisville office through a period of strategic growth, deepening its engagement with the business community and expanding its philanthropic footprint. Her practice focuses on state and local tax, economic incentives, and government affairs, where she advises clients on complex, high-stakes matters. She serves on numerous boards including for U.S. Bank, UK Healthcare, One Louisville, and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.

Barber's leadership extends beyond the region to the global stage. She has served as a U.S. Delegate to the United Nations, advising on foreign policy and representing the United States in negotiations related to human rights and humanitarian aid.
