Public Notice: Proposed Lease Renewal

ADL 227512 Renewal

Pursuant to AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b

(USGS Quad Map Sleetmute A-6)

Subject to AS 38.05. 070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Renewal Decision to renew an existing lease to Roland Welker for an additional 10-year term for an existing one-acre commercial recreation site located approximately 60 miles south of the village of Crooked Creek, 50 miles southwest of the village of Sleetmute, and 60 miles southeast of the city of Aniak, AK. The site is located within the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 50 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.
