Christian Braunfisch, Director, Advent
Shai brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial, operating, and investment experience across the technology and business services sectors.
As an Operating Partner, he will work alongside deal teams to support value creation initiatives, drive operational improvements, and identify platform and bolt-on opportunities across enterprise software, tech-enabled services, and specialty business services.
Shai Waisman said: "I am excited to be part of Advent and to work with its outstanding global team and portfolio companies. Throughout my career - building a business of my own and operating global businesses at scale - the most rewarding part has always been partnering with great people and great management teams. I look forward to doing exactly that alongside Advent's deal teams and the leaders of its portfolio companies."
