The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with AGC Electric Inc. to improve the Transportation and Mobility parking lot located at 290 NE 3rd Avenue. All work will take place within the parking lot and will include, but is not limited to:

• Milling, paving and striping
• Root Pruning
• Drainage improvement

Construction Schedule:

Work is scheduled to take place Monday, February 16 through Monday, March 9, 2026, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen conditions.

Impacts:

• Parking Services will remain open and continue serving the public during construction.
• There will be no traffic impacts.
• During the lot improvements, parking will be available on NE 3rd Street between NE 3rd Avenue and Federal Highway.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution.
