Bradley Lake Expansion 3 Phase Transformer-ITB 4.3.26
Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) is soliciting bids to purchase commodities as indicated in Appendix C - Scope of Work, and Appendix D - Bid Schedule. Proposers shall identify manufacturer's name and country of manufacture. If the offered product is manufactured outside the United States, the proposer may also submit an alternative price for a version of the product manufactured in the United States. The proposal shall clearly identify the country of manufacture associated with each quoted price. Domestic content assumptions shall be contractual commitments. Proposer shall commit to obtaining and providing sufficient manufacturer certifications and documentation regarding country of manufacture to reasonably substantiate compliance with applicable IRS domestic content requirements. Proposer shall certify that it is not a foreign entity or a foreigninfluenced entity as those terms are used in 26 U.S.C. § 45Y.
