At about 2:56 a.m. April 12, Columbia Police officers were dispatched to a local hospital to investigate three injured individuals who had arrived at the emergency room.
The investigation revealed a disturbance had occurred in the 2500 block of Old Highway 63. During this disturbance, three individuals were ran over by a vehicle. One of the individuals has life-threatening injuries. The two other individuals have non-life-threatening injuries.
Utilizing Flock cameras, officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle in Osage County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted by conducting a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle.
Columbia Police arrested Andy Cenobio, 19, of Columbia for assault in the first-degree and armed criminal action as a result of this incident.
