Elissa Silverman to be Sworn in as At-Large Councilmember
On Friday, July 17 at 3PM in the Council Chamber of the John A. Wilson Building, Elissa Silverman will be sworn in as an At-Large Member of the DC Council.
This will follow the certification by the DC Board of Elections of the results of the June 16, 2026 Special Election to fill the remainder of term of Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie.
