The Boise State University Professional Sales Team recently had the opportunity to compete in the Great Northwoods Warm-Up Sales Competition, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

The event brought together 84 student competitors from 28 universities across the country, representing many of the top collegiate sales programs in the nation. The competition serves as an early-season "warm-up" designed to help students refine their selling skills and gain valuable experience in a professional, competitive environment. The sales team extends their gratitude to the corporate partners who supported the students and program and offer invaluable real-world experiences.

Boise State's team of Alexa Ransom, Ava Mallette and Corron Severns represented the Dykman Family Professional Sales Program with dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm. Corron Severns received top honors for his participation, marking an impressive achievement for his first-ever collegiate sales competition.

"This was their first competition, and I couldn't be more proud of their dedication, preparation and willingness to step out of their comfort zones to grow as future sales professionals," said Frank Veltri, director of the Professional Sales Program. "I'm incredibly thankful for their commitment to learning, competing and showcasing their talent. I also want to thank members of the sales team and Brian Golden for their hard work in preparing our students for this event."

The Boise State Professional Sales Team looks forward to continuing its growth and will compete again during the upcoming Spring 2026 semester.
