Secretary-General of ASEAN delivers pre-recorded remarks at the Opening Session of the 7th ASEAN Human Rights Dialogue
Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, delivered pre-recorded remarks at the Opening Session of the 7th ASEAN Human Rights Dialogue held today, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. In his remarks, Dr. Kao highlighted the importance of fostering a culture of open and constructive dialogue and mutual respect to deepen understanding and enhance cooperation on human rights in the region, in line with the 2023 ASEAN Leaders' Declaration on the ASEAN Human Rights Dialogue.
