Baker McKenzie Partner Shusmita Chowdhury has been selected by The Hedge Fund Journal for its second annual edition of "Private Markets: 50 Woman Leaders," which honors inspiring women working for asset managers, allocators and service providers.
Shusmita, a member of the Firm's Global Funds Steering Committee, regularly advises sponsors on all matters related to the formation and ongoing operations of a range of fund products and also regularly advises sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and other institutional investors on all matters related to their investments in private funds and customized investment vehicles.
In her profile, The Hedge Fund Journal highlighted her work on a few major transactions including advising the Hassana Investment Company on its USD 1.5 billion strategic climate partnership with TPG.
