JEFFERSON CITY, Mo - A project is in the planning stages to perform preventative maintenance and replace the approaches on the Lamine River Bridge on Missouri Route 41 in Cooper County. The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking community input on this project, which will close the bridge during construction for up to 50 calendar days.
MoDOT has multiple ways interested parties can learn about and provide input on the projects during the three-week comment period, which runs Nov. 13 - Dec. 4:
MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones. Motorists are advised to use extra caution through work zones, obey all traffic signs, and avoid any distractions.
