Hudson Westbrook Confirms Split From Girlfriend: 'It Just Didn’t Work Out'

Hudson Westbrook responded to TikTok commenters to clarify that he and his girlfriend, Stormie Goldsmith, have split up.

Westbrook, 22, and Goldsmith, 21, started dating after connecting on social media in May 2025. They met in person for the first time in Fort Worth, Texas. Westbrook addressed questions about his relationship with Goldsmith in the comments of a video on TikTok. The TikToker said she wants "to have a man love me like Hudson loves [Stormie]," and she's "obsessed" with the relationship. She set the clip to Westbrook's "Painted You Pretty."

"Before y'all get to guessing… Stormie's a great girl; it just didn't work out. I hope nothing but the world for her," Westbrook wrote in the comments.

Goldsmith replied: "Well said, Hud. Don't make it into something it isn't! Life goes on, and we love ya always."

During their relationship, Goldsmith appeared in Westbrook's "Texas Forever" music video last summer. The Emma Kate Golden-directed visual was filmed in the country artist's hometown of Stephenville, Texas, reflecting on his rise in country music. The video also featured Westbrook's mother, Heidi Westbrook, and his band. The song served as the title track of Westbrook's debut studio album that arrived in July 2025. Watch the video here :
