The University of Toledo's John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation will host more than 60 nationwide companies for its Spring 2026 Job Fair on Thursday, Feb. 12.
The job fair is the second of two that the college hosts annually, and it supports students seeking internships as well as part- and full-time positions. Approximately 450 undergraduate and graduate students are expected to attend and network with recruiters and company representatives from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the John F. Savage Arena.
Undergraduate Jason Klotz shakes hands with Cassandra Wilson of Rocket Companies during the Spring 2025 Job Fair in Savage Arena.
"The career fair is one of the most impactful experiences we offer our business students," said Dr. Terribeth Gordon-Moore, senior associate dean for undergraduate programs and administration for the Neff College of Business. "It helps them practice professional communication, explore career options and make meaningful connections that often lead to internships and full-time positions. Events like this reflect our commitment to student success. Our students don't just graduate with a degree - they graduate with the skills, confidence and practical experience employers are looking for, which is why our graduates continue to be in high demand."
The Neff College of Business boasts a post-graduation job placement rate above 90%, with approximately 85% of students completing an internship before graduation.
Numerous local, regional and national companies that routinely welcome students through internships and permanent positions are set to participate in the job fair, including Alro Steel, the Cleveland Browns, Enterprise Mobility, Fidelity Investments, Marathon Petroleum, Savage and Associates and Schindler Elevator.
Allison Schroeder, a marketing and management senior, said the job fair has been impactful to her time at UToledo.
"The job fair has been an incredible resource for students," Schroeder said. "Through it, I've networked with various employers and secured three internships, one of which led to a full-time offer."
