NTCA Proposes Tailored Subscriber Vetting Processes

(June 25) In comments filed in the FCC's Know Your Customer proceeding, NTCA argued for limited subscriber vetting processes tailored to address the most likely source of illegal robocalls. Limited rules, as proposed by NTCA, will limit the burden on small providers and address consumers' privacy concerns with respect to overly invasive vetting practices.
