A Eletronuclear informa que, a usina nuclear Angra 1, da Central Nuclear Almirante Álvaro Alberto (CNAAA), em Angra dos Reis, foi desconectada do Sistema Interligado Nacional neste sábado (18), às 19h35. O evento se deu em função de um problema no sistema de óleo de selagem do Gerador Elétrico Principal.

A Eletronuclear esclarece que a ocorrência não tem qualquer relação com a parte nuclear da usina e não representa nenhum risco à população, trabalhadores ou meio ambiente.

Reforçamos nosso compromisso com a segurança operacional e transparência.

A equipe trabalha para reestabelecer a operação da unidade o mais breve possível.
