All requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing. Please email any questions to Margaret Kavanaugh-Lynch, Planning Manager at [email protected] by February 27, 2026. All addenda, questions, and answers will be posted on the RFP webpage by March 3, 2026.

Complete responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm on March 16, 2026, at [email protected]. Finalists may be invited to a Consultant Team Interview, then recommended for selection to the San Rafael City Council.
