AWM Investment Company, Inc. ("AWM") is the investment adviser to the Special Situations Fund III QP, L.P. ("SSFQP"), the Special Situations Cayman Fund, L.P. ("Cayman") and the Special Situations Private Equity Fund, L.P. ("SSFPE" and, collectively with SSFQP and Cayman, the "Funds"). As the investment adviser to the Funds, AWM holds sole voting and sole investment power over the shares of Class A common stock held by the Funds. David M.
