City Clerk’s Office Makes Public Records Easier to Access with New Online Request Option

MONTGOMERY, AL - The City of Montgomery Clerk's Office is making it easier than ever for residents to access public records. To help streamline the process and boost transparency, the Clerk's Office is now offering an online form for submitting Open Records Requests.

While residents can still submit requests, the traditional way, the new online option adds a simple and convenient tool for anyone looking for information.

To enhance this service, the Clerk's Office has partnered with JustFOIA, a platform designed to make public records management smoother for both staff and residents.

"The City of Montgomery Clerk's Office chose JustFOIA to help streamline our citizens' open records requests and improve how we work behind the scenes," said City Clerk Brenda Gale Blalock.
