Service-level database query insights

You can now identify your slowest database queries by cumulative duration in the Services.

A new Database queries tab is available in each service view, showing queries ranked by their total impact (duration multiplied by query count). Each query displays:

Cumulative duration and execution count
Query duration breakdown over time
Error rate metrics

Application Observability | Log Analytics

Log Monitoring Classic end-of-life

Log Monitoring Classic will reach end-of-life by 2027 in three milestones.

We recommend upgrading Log Monitoring Classic to Log powered by Grail ahead of end-of-life, following this guide.

Custom fieldsets for Smartscape 2.0

Fieldsets are available for all tables and it is possible to define custom fieldsets via API now.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for non-federated users

Non-federated users now have the option to increase their user account security by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) under their user profile page, using an authenticator app of their choice.

Resolved issues in this release (SaaS)

Fixed an issue where Davis event ingestion could trigger NullPointer exceptions. (DI-23561)
WARNING log will not log for events with the same revision when they differ from the . (DI-23341)
The problem notification timeout is resolved correctly to match the values set in the settings. (DI-23744)
