New Hearing Docket Dates for Judge Berger

Effective May 6, Judge Berger has added another hearing docket specifically to hear Motions for Expedited Hearing, Motions to Extend Automatic Stay, and Motions to Sell. The new hearing docket will be the first Wednesday of every month starting at 1:30 PM. The docket days for the remainder of the year are:
May 6 at 1:30 PM
June 3 at 1:30 PM
July 1 at 1:30 PM
August 5 at 1:30 PM
September 2 at 1:30 PM
September 30 at 1:30 PM
November 4 at 1:30 PM
December 2 at 1:30 PM
Judge Berger's hearing calendar will be updated to reflect the additional docket day.
