Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised NOVENTI Health SE, one of the leading IT and financial service providers in the healthcare sector, on the refinancing of its €1.218 billion syndicated loan with a banking consortium led by Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG. This marks the successful completion of the restructuring process initiated in 2023.
NOVENTI is a pharmacy-owned group of companies based in Munich. The healthcare provider is the market leader in the field of billing, merchandise management and industry software. Within this framework, the company offers software, hardware, financial services and digital platforms for service providers in the healthcare market. Its customers include, in particular, owner-managed pharmacies as well as health care professionals and health care companies close to home in Germany.

The banking consortium was advised by a team from the law firm Latham & Watkins under the lead of partner Sibylle Münch. Andrea Schröter and Henrik Haeder of CFC Corporate Finance Contor acted as debt advisors.
