Defendant Convicted of Sexually Abusing Two Girls

CASE: Daniel Robinson - AKA Aurora Nova (Case #23FE008301)

PROSECUTOR: Deputy District Attorney Jenna Brooks, Special Assault & Child Abuse Unit

On December 3, 2025, Daniel Robinson (AKA Aurora Nova) was convicted of 15 counts of lewd act upon a child, one count of sodomy by force and five counts of lewd act upon a child under 14 years. The jury also found true a multiple victim allegation.

Daniel Robinson molested two victims. One victim was 8 years old, and the second victim was 14 years old. Robinson became a trusted adult to the 8-year-old victim and groomed her over the course of a year. He then began to molest her. At the same time, Robinson befriended the second victim and began to engage in sexual acts with her, including forced sodomy. Both victims later disclosed the sexual abuse.

Robinson faces a maximum sentence of 162 years and 4 months to life in prison. Sentencing is set for January 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 18.
