Arlington Properties Announces Promotion of Gabrielle Johnson to Area Manager

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Aug. 31, 2026) - Arlington Properties has announced the promotion of Gabrielle Johnson to Area Manager, recognizing her extensive multifamily experience, commitment to her teams, and passion for building strong communities.

Johnson began her multifamily career more than a decade ago as a leasing consultant and has continued to grow within the industry, ultimately advancing into a multi-site management role. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for embracing new challenges, building strong teams, and creating welcoming communities.

Her people-first approach and enthusiasm for bringing others together have been central to her success. Whether taking on a new opportunity or navigating a challenge, Johnson brings energy and a genuine commitment to the people and communities she serves.

In her new role as Area Manager, she will continue to build on her experience as a multi-site leader while supporting her teams and communities through strong leadership and a continued focus on people.
