One-Way Traffic Control Next Week

Amador County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will have traffic controls in place to perform construction and maintenance activities on State Routes 88 (SR-88) and 124 in Amador County next week.

State Route 88

  • One-way traffic control takes place from Irishtown Road/Clinton Road to Toyon Road for tree work on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control takes place at SR-26/Red Corral Road for tree work on Friday, April 3, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

State Route 124

  • One-way traffic control takes place from SR-104 to Willow Creek Road for tree work beginning Wednesday, April 1, 2026, through Friday, April 3, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
